Terms & Conditions

The rules that govern your access to and use of USAutoPartSource and related services.

Welcome to USAutoPartSource. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (www.usautopartsource.com) and related services. By browsing, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

1. General Information

All parts and specifications are for reference only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all listings, images, descriptions, or fitment data are error-free.
It is your responsibility to verify part numbers, compatibility, and specifications before purchasing. If unsure, contact our support team with your VIN or vehicle details.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and change prices or availability at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason (e.g., out-of-stock items, pricing errors, suspected fraud).
We will send an order confirmation email after you place an order. This is not final acceptance; our contract is formed when we ship the item and send a shipping confirmation.
We may limit order quantities per customer, per household, or per transaction.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, shipping, or handling fees unless explicitly noted.
We use secure third-party payment processors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue refunds as appropriate.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping costs, carriers, and methods are determined at checkout and may be updated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control are not our responsibility.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Your use of our site is also governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Returns are accepted only within the stated return window and under the conditions described in our Return Policy.
Certain items (e.g., electrical parts, special orders, installed/used parts, hazardous materials) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Restocking fees, return shipping costs, and other conditions may apply as outlined in our Return Policy.

6. Product Use & Installation

All auto parts should be installed by qualified professionals in accordance with manufacturer and industry standards.
Improper installation, modification, misuse, or use of parts on vehicles for which they are not designed may cause damage or injury and will void any warranty.
We are not liable for damages resulting from incorrect installation, incorrect part selection, or use of parts beyond their intended purpose.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

Some products may carry a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage vary by product and manufacturer.
Unless expressly stated in writing, all products are sold "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, USAutoPartSource and its owners, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or products.
Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
